Terms of service
Orders & confirmation
Placing an order through the studio creates a pending order. Production starts after we review your artwork and confirm the order by email. Prices shown in the studio, cart and checkout are computed from our current price list and are final at the time of confirmation.
Payment
Orders are payable by M-Pesa (or other agreed methods) after confirmation. Bulk orders may require a deposit before production. Goods remain the property of Inkmark Solutions until paid in full.
Artwork & proofs
You confirm you hold the rights to any artwork you upload. The studio preview is the proof: what you see on the canvas is what we print. We're not liable for errors visible in the preview you approved (typos, low-resolution images flagged by the DPI warning, etc.).
Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel free of charge while an order is pending and unpaid. After confirmation or payment, contact us — refunds for production-ready or printed work are at our discretion since custom goods cannot be resold. Defective or incorrect items are reprinted or refunded in full.
Delivery
Delivery estimates (standard 2–3 working days, rush 24 hours within Nairobi) start from order confirmation, not placement. Delays caused by incomplete artwork or unreachable contacts are not counted.
