Privacy policy
What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery details — the minimum needed to print and deliver your order. If you create an account, we also store your password (hashed, never readable by us). Artwork you upload is stored privately and used only to produce your order.
How we use it
To process orders, send order-status emails, respond to enquiries, and — only if you ask — let you track orders in an account. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Payments
M-Pesa payments are made directly to Inkmark; we record the amount and reference for your receipt. We never see or store card PINs or M-Pesa credentials.
Your artwork
Uploaded artwork and design previews are private by default — they are only accessible to you and Inkmark staff fulfilling your order. We may ask permission before featuring finished work in our gallery.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a cart cookie for guest sessions. No third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
Email info@inkmark.co.ke to access, correct, or delete your personal data. We comply with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
